Rita was born and raised in Philadelphia and grew up in Italian South Philadelphia.

After attending South Philadelphia all-girls high school, she worked as a medical secretary at the Naval Hospital and then for Dr. Craig Clark, a urologist with an office on Broad St.

Rita sang and acted in school and then used her singing abilities as a band singer and in opera choruses.

Then Rita and Don met in Cape May, N.J. and our lives changed (for the better); then she met Jesus in 1971 and life changed for the best.

Her Philly home - 1169 S. 13th St. At 6 months. At age 3. Her HS prom. All grown up.
